On our Authors Alley Show Dawn Taylor shares her book "Who Rescued Who". Currently live in Florida after moving from Seattle, WA after my husband retired from the U.S. Army Dawn is a full-time caregiver to her husband, who is a retired veteran with a severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and a terminal illness. Together they adopted an adorable Pug, Pia Pia who they rescued and is now a service dog for her husband. A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with emphasis on Innovation Organization, Dawn volunteer with Pug Rescues. With their Pug being a service dog they are able to travel and enjoy life with all the trials and tribulations of what PTSD and his illness does. Meet Dawn and learn how the real-life Pia Pia has changed the lives of the family she is there to assist. When you think of service dogs, I am sure that Pug's don't come to mind...but Pei Pei will change all that through Dawn's book, written through the eyes of the dog in service. Thanks to our show sponsors today, Safety Bags, LLC and This is How We Grow and Who Am I Without You author, Dr. Christina Hibbert. Meet them and all of our sponsors in our mompreneur marketplace at wordofmomradio.com. #WoMRadio - sharing the wisdom of women.
