Founder Extraordinary Kids Foundation

Madean Gilzene, NHA is the Founder of The Extraordinary Kids Foundation and the Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center, QLH Kids, in Lake Worth Florida. The center, licensed for 60 children, serves a wide range of conditions from Down Syndrome to Ventilator Dependence. Through in-kind donations, free childcare, and financial assistance, the foundation has made a profound impact in the lives of children with disabilities and their families. Madean, a wife and mother of three, is inspired by her own son’s diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy at just nine months old. She remains a passionate advocate for special needs parents, ensuring that they receive the support and resources they deserve.
