owner, Two Squared Media Productions llc and DSP(direct support provider) and mom)

Lisa is the co-owner and CEO of Two Squared Media Productions, LLC(TSMP) and a direct support professional(DSP) for a young woman who happens to be her daughter.
People often don’t realize how being the parent and primary caregiver of a child with a disability requires complex administration, skilled communication, advocacy and of course time management and efficiency. It’s serious management training. Lisa developed these skills by necessity while raising two amazing children, one of whom has significant disabilities.
Together with her husband, Beowulf, Lisa founded TSMP in 2020, further developing her leadership capabilities. Beowulf and Lisa founded TSMP when traditional employment proved too restrictive to allow them to equally participate in meeting their daughter’s needs, also to spend time together as a family, and to provide opportunities for Lisa to move into paid work that would recognize her past accomplishments. TSMP specializes in guest booking and show prep, audio editing and distribution for podcasts. Its skilled producers are highly responsive to clients’ individual needs, creating and developing long term working relationships.
Lisa holds a BA in mathematics from UCSC, which helped her develop a very analytical and creative mind, where she also took visual arts courses. She holds a certificate in massage therapy from Ashland Institute of Massage, something that came out of and supported her caregiving. She has also completed a Partnership in Policymaking course through FACT Oregon and Small Business Mastery at the Medford, Oregon Small Business Development Center. Along the way, Lisa has found drawing, painting and knitting incredibly beneficial for her mental health and ability to show up for all of the above. She also enjoys hiking in beautiful surroundings and watching world class theater, especially one show, Hairspray, which her daughter performed in, near her home in Ashland Oregon.
