Dana S. Diaz

A survivor of child abuse and an abusive marriage, Dana S. Diaz has made it her mission to serve as a voice for victims of bullying and abuse.

She has been featured on nearly 300 podcasts and is the co-host of the “Narc Narc. Who’s There? Help! I’m Gasping for Air!” podcast show.

Dana also co-facilitates an online women’s workshop centered
around healing from childhood abuse and speaks in conferences and to women’s groups about healing and finding empowerment after trauma.

Her experiences were the source of inspiration
for her Best-Selling first book, GASPING FOR AIR, as well as the
prequel, CHOKING ON SHAME. The final book in the narcissist trilogy, RISING FROM THE ASHES, inspires women to love themselves enough to break the chains of abuse that have bound them.

Dana lives in Illinois with her husband Doug, their two cats Turbo and Gizmo, and her box turtle Teddy.
