#WoMRadio’s Mindful Healthy Habits with Traci & Ellen – Coaching & Alzheimers

The continuation of the conversation about how we define optimal health and what a health coach does.  We also share healthy habits tips and some reasons why they are important.

Traci and Ellen team up to bring all the information we can about how to achieve optimal health in YOUR life. This starts with defining what that means and how to find the support you need to get there. We do the exploration and research and present it so you can choose the best path for YOU to get where you would like to be, with a healthy BODY, MIND, SPIRIT and FINANCES.

Every Wednesday in June, Traci and Ellen discuss their thoughts, ideas and some of the information we have found over the years. Starting in July we will bring in other guest experts, some from the medical field, others who have found alternate styles of coaching, interesting ideas regarding nutrition, fitness and all the ways we can choose health.

The episode can be heard here.
