The holidays can be a stressful and difficult time. People feel pressure to do things perfectly, to indulge and over eat, drink too much, get very little sleep and run themselves ragged.
This show, Traci discusses some of what SHE loves about the holidays, and reminds us all to breathe, have a plan and do our best to relax and enjoy the spirit of the season and time with family and friends. Good company, good food, good music, indulge in this and forget the rest!
